What time does the mobile workshop work?
Our mobile workshop works 24/7. Call us in case of an accident, we will get to you as soon as possible.
On what area does the mobile workshop work?
We reach the customers throughout the European Union area.
How long it takes to get to the accident place?
The arrive time depends on the distance, but we are one of the fastest mobile workshop. Right after customer’s call our specialist is ready to go with the help.
Is mobile workshop works also on holidays?
The mobile workshop works also on holidays. The stationary workshop is open from Monday to Saturday.
Does IdealTruck also provides truck diagnostic services?
Yes, we also make computer diagnostics of all systems in our workshop.

Of course! Our service offers such and many other services. Just call us and make an appointment, and we will do everything what is necessary to make your vehicle functional.

How long does it take to bring the car to the customer?
It is always an individual case. This process depends on various factors and requires appropriate preparation.
Can I order a forwarding service at idealtruck?
Yes! We have a forwarding license and a fleet of 15 truck sets. You can use them for international transport.
How much the forwarding service costs?
Each forwarding service is priced individually. Of course, we take into account the type and number of vehicles as well as the route they will have to cover.
Can I rent a truck or trailer?
IdealTruck also offers trucks and trailers rental! We have 15 truck sets.
On what day can I order transport?

How much does it cost to rent a truck or a semi-trailer?
The rental cost depends on the type of truck or semi-trailer, but also on the period of rent.
For how long can I rent a truck?
The rental can last for several days or several weeks.
