In accordance with art. 13 section 1 and item 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, I inform you that:

The administrator of your personal data included in the contact form is IdealTruck Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wołów at ul. Jacka Kaczmarskiego 17, 56-100 Wołów (hereinafter IdealTruck)

1. Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR, based on the consent expressed by you to the extent that the provision of data is optional, in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR to implement the legitimate interest of IdealTruck on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. f GDPR
2. You have the right to request access to the content of your data, rectification of your data in a situation where data processing is based on consent, you have the right to delete or limit their processing in accordance with applicable law.
3. The recipients of your data will only be entities authorized under applicable law as well as entities authorized under contracts concluded in connection with the implementation of the Administrator’s obligations. The administrator undertakes to provide a list of subcontractors with whom he provides personal data.
4. Providing your personal data is a statutory requirement. You are obliged to provide them. If they are not available, the contract will be refused.

6. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and in the case of optional data until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than for the duration of the contract. IdealTruck reserves the right, however, to extend this period to the limitation period for claims, but not longer than for a period of 10 years from the beginning of the year following the year in which the contract binding the parties expired.
7. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
8. Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
